It is important to remember that doing 10 minutes every day of activity will have drastic impact and benefit to your health. It is a myth that hours and hours need to be spent exercising to see results. Like any task though, it is important to diarise exercise, even if it just 10 minutes a day. I speak from experience...unless I have pencilled in a time to be active it simply doesn't happen! I realise it is 8pm and I hadn't done anything that day! Jot it in your diary and make a plan at the start of each week for some daily activity.
