Daily massage is essential to keep the eyes awake, smooth and toned. A good tip to try in the morning to help reduce puffiness is firstly, when cleansing the skin, press and hold an ice-cold flannel or muslin onto your eye area for 10 seconds then with the fingertips of both hands energetically tap along the brow bone from the inner corners of the eyebrows right out towards the temples then tap on the lower rim of the eye socket in the same way, repeat as much as you like. Next press your ice-compress back onto your eye area and then repeat energetic eye draining massage. You can continue to practice the massage during the day or at the office over your make up, repeat further during your evening cleanse.

I am 54, not too worried about fine lines however during a consultation at a beauty counter I was told that my skin is dehydrated. I use a rich face cream every day and evening and I don't want to go thicker as I'm worried my make up won't stay put. Beauty
